▶️ on 25 Feb 2022, another Polish judge, Anna Głowacka of the Kraków Regional Court, was suspended from her judicial duties for 30 days for applying European law (questioning the legal status of neo-judge in her judicial decision).
▶️ The decision to suspend her was issued by Dagmara Pawełczyk-Woicka, the President of the Krakow Regional Court, appointed by Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro,
▶️ Within the next 30 days, the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court, which is illegal under European law, may suspend her for indefinite period of time (until the end of disciplinary proceedings),
▶️ Judge Głowacka is a member of both of the largest Polish associations of judges, i.e. „Iustitia” and „Themis”,
