Pursuant to Article 110 § 3 of the Law on the structure of ordinary courts of 27 July 2001 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2072, as amended) in connection with the motion of the Deputy Disciplinary Commissioner of the Judges of the Ordinary Courts, I am nominating the Disciplinary Court at the Court of Appeal in Wrocław to be the disciplinary court with the jurisdiction to examine the disciplinary case of Waldemar Żurek, judge of the Regional Court in Kraków.
